Purchases are available for full refund of purchase price (some exclusions apply, see below) less any shipping charges if returned in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Products that received “Free Shipping” on original order will have actual shipping costs deducted from the return prior to refund. Product not returned in original packaging and original state will be assessed a restocking fee of 15%-30%. Consumer is responsible for all return freight. The following types of products (once opened) will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances due to hygienic and or safety concerns: hygiene products, feeding accessories, pacifiers, mattresses and bedding products, bottles (and other products come into contact with body fluids and direct skin contact).
Carseats are NOT returnable under any condition, weather opened or unopened.
Actual refund of funds will be executed within 24-72 hours of returned receipt of product. Refunds will be processed to original payment method and (depending on provider) can take additional 72 hours to show on account.
