PlanToys mainly focuses on safety wooden toys made of reclaimed rubber woods that enhance development for children, especially during their first five formative years when parents should encourage children to experience the freedom of playing and the proximity to nature.

Back in 1981, seven university graduates have been holding a mission to infuse the world with positive vibes. Vitool Viraponsavan, one of the main driving force established PlanToys, has been inspiring children and families over the world with steadfast determination to sustain environment and economy to the fullest through innovative toys. At present, PlanToys has branched out the philosophy with our partners in Asia, America, Europe and Australia.

With a strong mission to create a sustainable world, PlanToys thoroughly concerns about every single step of production line as well as other activities as we are wholeheartedly committed to minimizing environmental impacts.

In addition, Sustainable Play is a fundamental foundation of how PlanToys nurtures creative minds bringing children to understand what nature gives back to them. We have seen the results of our efforts for four decades and know that our children will grow up with the knowledge and values to respect and preserve natural resources for future generations and make the world a better place.

In this stage, they’re neither babies nor children. Familiarly known as “Terrible Twos”, this in-between stage can be frustrating for parents. Some children may not follow your instructions but they still depend on you for love and approval. Emotions are difficult for toddlers to control: they can be temperamental. Their moods can change within a short period of time. The best way to deal with them is to allow them to take adventure when appropriate but provide consistent guidelines for acceptable behaviors. Soon they will understand the differences between good and bad or right and wrong.

Appropiate Toys for 2 - 3 Years

• Fine and Gross Motor Skill Development - Improve strength of gross motor skill which involves movement of large body part and balance skill such as rocking horse and bike ride-on.  Enhance fine motor skill and hand-eye coordination such as puzzles and nuts and bolts
• Social and Emotional Development - Help kids learn about their own emotions.
• Intellectual Stimulation - Teach about shapes, categorization and trial-and-error learning such as sorting toys and shape sorters.  Develop problem-solving skill by offering greater challenges and being a good way to give kids victories such as puzzles and gear puzzle toys
• Creativity and Imagination - Give your children the opportunity to learn new set of words and to help make learning new vocabulary fun and engaging such as alphabets and numbers toys.  Include pretend play toys  (kitchen, house, cars and animal play)

2 - 3 Year Development

• Walk up and down stairs holding on.
• Can kick a ball.
• Pick up small objects and place down neatly
• Begin to play with other children
• Can take turns in game
• Point to things or pictures when they are asked.
• Can solve some problem in his head, performing mental trial-and-error instead of having to manipulate objects physically.
• Start of imagination, creating their own little worlds and scenarios
• Listen, repeat, and experiment with words on an increasing basis.
• Use pronouns and some plurals

Parcel Shipping:

• In general all parcel shipping products (toys, gift, strollers, carseats, etc) will ship via USPS, UPS, & FEDEX
• Shipping is Flat Rate at $8.45 for all orders under $75 and Free for orders over $75- certain products will have a spcific ship rate detailed on the product page.
• Signature Required shipment will be used on orders greater than $100 in value.  Please ship to a location where product can be signed for.
• Shipping to AK and HI (no free shipping) incurs a significant freight surcharge and expect delivery times to be extended considerably.  
• Products are often shipped "signature confirmation" - please be available at ship location to receive product - consumer will be responsible for undelivered freight charges and rerouting charges on shipments.
• all orders will ship complete - Partial or split shipments will incur additional shipping charges to be arranged directly with store in the event of partila ship request. 

Freight Shipping:

• Freight Shipping applies to all large products (furniture items - some cribs and all dressers and all room packages)
• ALL Freight products ship CURBSIDE Delivery unless an alternative shipping is selected - you can also contact store to add inside delivery (which is only transfer into the first threshhold of your home/building) to your order if selection option unavailable during checkout
• Shipping rate is based on product costs and distance from our shipping location in Columbia SC.  
• "inside delivery" options on furniture are for first threshhold of the home - typically a garage and will be dependent on if the driver can access the garage or door with the product, this does not include transport through the home.
